We discontinue our premium line due to supplier cost of avocado oil and currently researching a better alternative to swab our canola oil

Returns, Exchanges & Damages (Food Safety First)

We make perishable food in glass jars. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food items once they leave our facility.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your jar arrives broken or leaking, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Email orders@rudemama.ca  within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged jar + shipping box/label, and a brief note.

Once verified, we’ll ship a replacement or offer store credit if the item is out of stock.

Exchanges

We can process an exchange in limited cases:

Item must be sealed, unopened, and unused, with no damage to the jar or safety seal.

Request within 14 days of delivery to orders@rudemama.ca with your order number.

You’re responsible for return shipping; we’ll ship the exchanged item after we receive and inspect the original.

For food safety compliance, any item that is opened, unsealed, or shows signs of tampering cannot be exchanged.
