- Order Processing Time: Once we receive your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days. Please allow additional time during weekends and holidays. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your hot sauce promptly.
- Shipping Methods: We use reliable local courier services to deliver your hot sauce orders. The shipping method may vary based on your location and the courier's availability in your area.
- Shipping Costs: We offer competitive and affordable shipping rates for local orders. The exact shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process based on the weight and size of your order. Any applicable taxes or fees will also be included. For order of 90$ or more (before tax), we offer free shipping.

However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
