Returns, Exchanges & Damages (Food Safety First)

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your jar arrives broken or leaking, we’ll replace it at no cost.

Email orders@rudemama.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damaged jar + shipping box/label, and a brief note.

Once verified, we’ll ship a replacement or offer store credit if the item is out of stock.

Exchanges

We can process an exchange in limited cases:

Item must be sealed, unopened, and unused, with no damage to the jar or safety seal.

Request within 14 days of delivery to orders@rudemama.ca with your order number.

You’re responsible for return shipping; we’ll ship the exchanged item after we receive and inspect the original.

For food safety compliance, any item that is opened, unsealed, or shows signs of tampering cannot be exchanged.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Opened or unsealed jars
  • Items marked final sale, promotional bundles once partially used
  • Packages reported after the time windows above
  • Order Issues Not Covered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Missed deliveries or unclaimed packages
  • Cosmetic packaging scuffs that don’t affect product safety
